Open Space

Open Space Back home! Again I slept so well on the flight (+ finally saw Grand Budapest Hotel--lovely). My aunt scooped me at Dulles and I had the best nights sleep in my own bed. This morning I went to the farmers market, baked sourdough muffins and realized that home is quite the beautiful place of simple pleasures. Now pool time and integration and I get reunited with Poncho later (he went on vacation too lol). I think it was May Sarton who said that her life isn't her life until she can write about it. This is why the open space of reflection is so important for all of us. Time to pause helps us make connections and see meaning and move forward with intention. How are you finding that open space for yourself today?
