We'll talk about common life stress and create a plan to mindfully soften around everyday stress. You'll learn how the nervous system works and how to make it actually work for you!
I will will teach you a basic restorative yoga practices that you can replicate at home, including essential breath work and basic meditation. You'll learn which props to buy and which props you can make at home. We'll end the workshop practicing these poses so we can feel the amazing benefits of R& R right away.
