Do you feel stuck in your life or burned out by work? Do you want to engage in more self-care, but struggle with gaining positive momentum? Are you craving the company of other people who value real self-care and authentic connection?
Join yoga instructor, self-care mentor and transformational facilitator Gracy Obuchowicz for a Memorial Day weekend retreat. From Friday evening until Sunday afternoon, we won’t just talk about self-care - we’ll create a nourishing space to practice it.
Gracy will lead you through a weekend of guided meditation, vinyasa flow yoga, Ayurvedic instruction, and dynamic group sharing. Expect delicious, healthy food, long walks in the woods and a giggly Saturday night campfire.
In this self-care flow, you’ll get to know yourself on a whole new level. Practicing as a group, we’ll tap deeper and deeper into the power of authentic self-care. From this place, we’ll emerge deeply nourished and ready to move forward in our lives.
Open to all people interested in deepening their understanding and practice of self-care.
Cost: $400, which includes shared lodging, three vegetarian (with vegan + gluten-free options) meals a day, all retreat instruction and campfire s’mores.
